A-Bombers the 18th “Old Style Weekend” 2013

The “Old Style Weekend” was even this year a brilliant happening. Nice and friendly people, all this fantastic cars and bikes, a relaxed style with a wide range of rockabilly music from International bands as well from the DJ, Trasan, all over the whole weekend.

One machine to be mention is the monster called “Il Drago Ruggente”, a Delage DI chassis from 1924, under hood a V12 engine from a Caproni-bomber back in 1940, with a cylinder volume of 27 liters (1650 CID) and with an output of 750 HP. The builder and owner Glenn Billqvist from the south of Sweden, brought this beast on a trailer, pulled by an Auburn Speedster from the mid 30's! On Saturday, he also shows up in Devil's Peak to race with this monster, unfortunately with mixed result, but without any doubt the most popular…
